Yvonne Pilon – Director of Programs and Communications

Yvonne Pilon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor. Having joined SAN in February of 2010, Yvonne has held several progressively responsive roles in her career relating to developing marketing plans and sales activities. Prior to joining SAN she played a key role in the OPTIC Virtual Incubator at the University of Windsor where she was responsible for developing and managing various programs, policies and procedures. She brings a wealth of research and marketing experience and has an exceptional track record in planning and executing projects, events and marketing program.

Patrick Rivait – Consultant on Staff

Patrick Rivait received his B. Comm. and MBA from the University of Windsor and brings to the Softech Alliance an extensive portfolio of work experience within Canada, the US, and abroad. His industry experience includes International Finance (ANZ - Grindlays Banking Group - London, England and Sydney, Australia), Accounting (PWC - London), Packaged Consumer Goods (Hiram Walker & Sons, Inc - Southfield, Michigan), and the IT Sector.

Within the IT Sector, Patrick had held various positions at Oracle - US (Principal Consultant - Southwest CRM Consulting group based out of Dallas, Texas and Sr. Principal Consultant, and Solutions Manager based out of global headquarters in Redwood Shores, California). He has also worked with IBM Canada's Global Business Services Group (based out of Toronto) as a Sr. Principal Consultant and CRM specialist in the Oracle Practice. From 2006 to 2009, Patrick worked in Windsor for Next Dimension, providing professional IT and Business Consulting Services, application design and configuration and solution discovery.

Aside from his work with SAN, Patrick has recently established Rivait Business Solutions, Inc. and offers a wide range of business and IT consulting services.
